How To Use Censorship To Profit From Unhealthy Food Exposed

How To Use Censorship To Profit From
Unhealthy Food Exposed

Politicians claim the FDA protects us. They lie.

Politicians claim they are good for us… Politicians are good for themselves and those who reward them with money, power, prestige, and perversions.

POO means Power Over Others… POOpers use force, fraud, extortion, theft, and even murder to control others for the benefit of the Political Elite.

As George Carlin said in one of his incredibly funny tirades about government corruption and stupidity, “I have certain rules I love by. My First Rule: I don’t believe anything the government tells me. Nothing. Zero.”

Politicians attempt to manipulate us with lies. As one lie is uncovered, political manipulators switch to new lies.. But they’re better than we think.

Sometimes they just repeat the lie adamantly. Other times they use trolls (Trolls people on payroll who do as told instead of freeing themselves to become their highest best selves.) to gaslight anyone who dares disagree with them.

Gaslighting is the use of people who want tyranny or have become so impoverished, they must embrace the orders and edicts of tyrants and fools or let their families starve or be consumed as a lesson for disobeying. They will appear to believe lies and attack those who question tyranny and the lies used to support the schemes, dreams, and whims of tyrannical cultists.

One of their favorite methods of lying is to lie about or falsify something that’s irrelevant. If they can manipulate us to argue and invest time in their lies, then lying politicians and mainstream media talking heads can keep us from discovering valuable truths and uncovering lies.

One example is the historical use of voter fraud to get us to focus on creating honest votes for our choice of candidates dedicated to evil. This keeps us from thinking about how the world can work without tyranny, politically protected and promoted monopolies, and the corrupting power of evil created by Power Over Others.

One of the lies the FDA tells us is that it’s okay for them to regulate commercial speech. They claim they are protecting us from manipulators who want to tell us about their products and services. They pretend there is some form of speech that cannot somehow be connected to commercial activities.

If it’s possible for us to know about what someone said, there is potential commercial benefit for someone, which means the people, for sale or rent, who call themselves government will claim they have a right to censor what is said and decide for us what we can hear, think about, share, and use or not.

They are POOpers. POO means Power Over Others. POOpers are sociopaths who believe tyranny is their secret reward for being superior beings where they rule, rob, or kill us as whim demands.

We are encouraged to become sociopaths. Insanity can be voluntary. The good news is we can grow up and refuse to live worlds ruled by people, for sale or rent, who call themselves government.

Individual Freedom is the opposite of politics. Politics is about me and you deciding for others, while they decide for us. That’s a decent definition of insanity.

Individual Freedom is about you deciding for you and me deciding for me.

Our way out of the rat traps, mazes, and political manipulations by a cult of sociopaths who call themselves government is to choose Individual Freedom for ourselves and support others who choose their Individual Freedom even if that means they ignore or disobey so-called laws and regulations created by cult of sociopaths who call themselves government.

The only honorable thing to do is question every ignorant moron who calls themselves government and ignore or defy their attempts at tyranny. These cults need hate and fear to convince ordinary folk to harm themselves and others by following their whims, laws, regulations, commands, and edicts.

Take back your Individual Freedom one opportunity at a time and support the Individual Freedom of others when and where you can. There is risk in asserting our Individual Freedom for ourselves or protecting the Individual Freedom of others.

Our greatest risk is passive acceptance of the rule of cults of sociopaths who rule by promoting hate, fear, death, disease, our poverty, tyranny, corruption, wars, deep destructive debt, counterfeit money, and other stupidity. They will kill or enslave you, me, family members, and generations to come if we do not take away the power of obsolete cults and their rule of madness.

The people, for sale or rent, who call themselves the FDA and cults of sociopaths, for sale or rent, who call themselves government claim we’re too stupid to make decisions for ourselves… Therefore cults of sociopaths, for sale or rent, who call themselves government have appointed themselves as our owners. They insist they have the right to tell us what we will do and what we can’t do.

Here is an expose of one of their many evil schemes of these POOpers for Profit and Power Over Others.

Refuse to Comply

Refuse to Comply: Without Individual Freedom, There Is No Freedom

Refuse to Comply

Hi All,

I wanted to share this brief overview of the Anti-Commandeering Doctrine… Or Said Simply “Refuse to Comply”

This article is focused on how this concept works constitutionally, under common law, and focuses on states and reining in out of control Political POOpers. (POO = Power Over Others)

As you are reading it, imagine how this applies to individuals against any and all organizations and self-appointed dictators and other politicians who claim they own you and me or should control everyone for the greater good of POOpers.

No one has to be a slave owner to be for slavery. No one has to be a politician to be for POO>The only thing you have to do to be for POO is vote away your neighbors choices… Politics is a preferred tool to create corruption, stupidity, slavery, serfs, and indentured servants for ruling elites.

Protect your neighbors. Refuse to choose a ruler for them.

Politics is the structure of taking from one group – at the point of a gun – while keeping as much as POOpers can from what their tax collectors collect.

Next, Political POOpers distribute the rest of the loot with their friends who then provide us with inferior services or products – we may or may not want – of questionable to non-existent quality, at outrageous prices, using multiple taxing and monopoly methods where we don’t know what we pay, while they destroy or restrain Free Market Choices and All Innovations.

They also want us to be grateful to them.

They are The POOpers

Free Marketers want Individual Freedom for ourselves and others to run our own lives without the POOpers.

POOpers use all the tools of and fools in Politics to claim they own us. POOPers believe they should make decisions for us, starting with how much we pay politicians, bureaucrats, secret police, and the rest of their gaggle to rule, run, and ruin our lives by depriving us of our Individual Freedom, Free Market Innovations, Health Freedom, Freedom of Speech, and Unregulated and Uncensored Competition…

Read on and decide how this applies to those or us who do not want to help POOpers make our neighbors into slaves, serf, indentured servants, minions of police states, or soldiers who follow orders to kill civilians for the Wars of the POOper Empires

subject: Refuse to Comply: Answering 6 Big Questions on the Anti-Commandeering Doctrine

Hi Don,

The most effective way to nullify federal programs is to use James Madison’s advice, “a refusal to cooperate with officers of the Union.” In legal circles, this is known as the “anti-commandeering doctrine” today – and states have been increasingly using it in recent years.

Question 1: What is Anti-Commandeering?

Anti-commandeering is a longstanding Supreme Court doctrine. In a nutshell, it prohibits the federal government from “commandeering” state personnel or resources for federal purposes.

In effect, the federal government is constitutionally prohibited from requiring states to do anything to enforce federal laws or implement federal acts or regulatory programs.  For instance, the ATF cannot force the sheriff’s office to participate in a federal gun control enforcement effort.

As an aside, there are plenty of federal gun control measures on the books – dating back to 1934. Learn about them here.

Question 2: Where does it come from?

In his blueprint for resisting federal power in Federalist 46, James Madison offered a number of actions, but most significantly, he suggested that a “refusal to cooperate with officers of the union” would be a powerful tool to stop federal overreach.

“Should an unwarrantable measure of the federal government be unpopular in particular States, which would seldom fail to be the case, or even a warrantable measure be so, which may sometimes be the case, the means of opposition to it are powerful and at hand…

The disquietude of the people; their repugnance and, perhaps refusal to cooperate with officers of the Union, the frowns of the executive magistracy of the State; the embarrassment created by legislative devices, which would often be added on such occasions, would oppose, in any State, very serious impediments; and were the sentiments of several adjoining States happen to be in Union, would present obstructions which the federal government would hardly be willing to encounter.” [Emphasis added]

Question 3: Does this actually work?

Yes. Absolutely. In fact, we consider this approach the most effective way to reject, resist and nullify federal acts.
James Madison, the “Father of the Constitution,” included this as part of his 4-step strategy too – which you can learn about in more detail here.

Surprisingly, even Alexander Hamiltlon stumbled upon this strategy while arguing in favor of more central power. Writing in Federalist 16 – what Mike Maharrey calls “the seeds of nullification”

If the interposition of the State legislatures be necessary to give effect to a measure of the Union, they have only NOT TO ACT, or to ACT EVASIVELY, and the measure is defeated

But it’s not just theory – we’ve been rolling up our sleeves every single day for years to put these principles into practice. You can see the results so far in our annual State of the Nullification Movement Report:

Question 4: Isn’t determining constitutionality the job of the supreme court?

The short answer is it doesn’t matter. Constitutionality isn’t part of the equation. The anti-commandeering doctrine doesn’t depend on a finding of constitutionality. States can refuse to provide personnel or resources for any federal activity regardless of its constitutionality. The utilization of state resources, funds and personnel are totally at the discretion of the state government.

In Murphy v. NCAA (2018), the Supreme Court again reaffirmed this Madisonian principle and held that Congress can’t take any action that “dictates what a state legislature may and may not do” even when the state action conflicts with federal law. Samuel Alito wrote, “a more direct affront to state sovereignty is not easy to imagine.”

Question 5: What are the supreme court cases?

The anti-commandeering doctrine rests on five landmark cases, the first dating back to 1842.

In Prigg v. Pennsylvania (1842), Justice Joseph Story held that the federal government could not force states to implement or carry out the Fugitive Slave Act of 1793. He said that it was a federal law, and the federal government ultimately had to enforce it:

The fundamental principle applicable to all cases of this sort, would seem to be, that where the end is required, the means are given; and where the duty is enjoined, the ability to perform it is contemplated to exist on the part of the functionaries to whom it is entrusted.

The clause is found in the national Constitution, and not in that of any state. It does not point out any state functionaries, or any state action to carry its provisions into effect.

The states cannot, therefore, be compelled to enforce them; and it might well be deemed an unconstitutional exercise of the power of interpretation, to insist that the states are bound to provide means to carry into effect the duties of the national government, nowhere delegated or instrusted to them by the Constitution

Want to learn about all five cases in more detail? Check out this podcast – Anti-Commandeering, The Legal Basis for Refusing to Cooperate

Question 6: Can’t they just withhold funding?

In simple terms, the federal government cannot use funding to coerce states to take a desired action. NFIB v. Sebelius directly addressed this issue.

The federal government can withhold funding related to any action that a state refuses to take, but with some significant limitations and caveats. For instance, if the state refuses to enforce federal marijuana laws, the federal government can possibly cut some funding relating to drug enforcement. But it cannot cut unrelated funding to punish the state. In other words, Congress couldn’t cut education funding to punish a state for not cooperating with marijuana prohibition.

Learn more about what they consider encouragement vs what is considered coercion here.

Citing court cases is not our normal approach. But when they get it right for more than 150 years in a row – which isn’t very often – it makes our job a little less difficult.

But should the federal courts decide to change course on this in the future – we’ll still need to hold the line and do what’s right – whether they agree with us or not.

And in order to best-understand what Nullification IS, we should first understand some things nullification is NOT.
Nullification is not secession or insurrection, but neither is it unconditional or unlimited submission. Nullification is not something that requires any decision, statement or action from any branch of the federal government.

Nullification is not the result of obtaining a favorable court ruling. Nullification is not the petitioning of the federal government to start doing or to stop doing anything. Nullification doesn’t depend on any federal law being repealed.

Nullification does not require permission from any person or institution outside of one’s own state.

At the end of the day, it’s up to “We the People” to learn how to exercise our rights whether they the government want us to or not.

I hope you find this interesting and educational – as we push forward into 2021, we’re rolling up our sleeves every single day to take a stand for the Constitution and liberty against the largest and most powerful government in the history of the world.

Getting the job done won’t be easy, but no matter what the odds, it’s essential to do what’s right. And for us at the TAC, that’s the Constitution: Every issue, every time. No exceptions, no excuses.

Together with your help, we’ll continue setting the foundation for liberty now and in the years to come. Thank you for being here with us!

Will The Memory Of The Tiananmen Square Tank Man Be Erased?

Will The Memory Of The Tiananmen Square Tank Man Be Erased?

Politicians, bureaucrats, and police use extortion and murder to control our lives. With the help of international mega corporations, they shut down avenues of communication and destroy memories of dissent.

This video is from the day after the Tiananmen Square Massacre.

There are very few people in China aware of this image and its history. There is more to this video that you don’t see in the first frames.

He wasn’t wearing a mask and no one claims to know, if anyone knows, who he is.

Was he pulled away from his defiance of a line of tanks by friends or government agents?

The power of one man’s actions were caught on Video, June 5, 1989.

Hundreds, maybe thousands of students were murdered the night before. Tens of thousands of students were protesting on June 4,1989 and many were slaughtered.

It’s difficult to know how many people are murdered by their government when we rely on government bureaucrats for official statistics.

The next day, this unknown man stood in front of and halted a line of tanks. Most of the photos show him standing in front of 1 to 4 tanks.

We never know how far our actions may stretch. Take a look at this one act of defiance. He stopped the entire line of tanks… Unfortunately not forever. But if you and I and our contacts share the images and videos, this single act of defiance may grow to inspire generations of people to refuse to be owned.
Tank Man Tiananmen Square – See the Video

There may be other overlooked heroes here as well: Whoever decided not to kill this man may be heroes too… Or they may have waited to do their worst when no one else could see.

Was it the tank crew? Had orders gone out to stop the killing by a higher official?

We will never know if and who protected this man with the courage to face down this long line of tanks.

For whatever reasons, there were no government sanctioned murders this day after all the legalized murders of the night before.

On occasion those with power over others decide, for whatever reason, to protect us from stupidity.

The famous quote, “Power Corrupts, Absolute Power Corrupts Absolutely” was written by Lord Acton, an outspoken critic of Power Over Others.

His full title was:

John Emerich Edward Dalberg-Acton, 1st Baron Acton, 13th Marquess of Groppoli, KCVO, DL (10 January 1834 – 19 June 1902) was an English Catholic historian, politician, and writer. He was the only son of Sir Ferdinand Dalberg-Acton, 7th Baronet,[1] and a grandson of the Neapolitan admiral and prime minister Sir John Acton, 6th Baronet.[2][3] Between 1837 and 1869 he was known as Sir John Dalberg-Acton, 8th Baronet.

He was certainly among those born to Power.

He is perhaps best known for the remark, “Power tends to corrupt, and absolute power corrupts absolutely. Great men are almost always bad men…”, which he made in a letter to an Anglican bishop.[4],_1st_Baron_Acton

“Great men are almost always bad men” tends to be the forgotten part of the quote.

I assume Lord Acton meant, “Great Men” are defined as those praised in the press and history books. Academics and news teams overlook the corruption and stupidity of those with political power.

25 years later, Tank Man lives on as a symbol of courage — just not in China

Tank Man (also known as the Unknown Protester or Unknown Rebel) is the nickname of an unidentified Chinese man who stood in front of a column of tanks leaving Tiananmen Square on June 5, 1989, the day after the Chinese military had suppressed the Tiananmen Square Protests with massacre.

(Editor – Don’t you love how politicians who ordered the murders of hundreds or maybe thousands are defended with polite words like “suppressed”?),

Remember progress comes from those who quit doing things and thinking like everyone else.

Support the rebels when and where you can.

Thanks. Be Blessed.

Politically Provided Monopoly Powers Murdered Small Business

Politically Provided Monopoly Powers Murdered Small Business For Profits & Power

Who else noticed that small businesses – which are difficult for bureaucrats to micro-manage – have been murdered for the benefit of mega-corporations and political power that has gone tyrannical?

Here is one voice who has taken the time to highlight the numbers. A the saying goes, if you want to understand what is happening  “Follow the money.”

Most of us wouldn’t list 2020 as our best year. But you know who would? Amazon, Wal-Mart, Google, Apple, and a whole host of other big corporations who’ve seen their sales and stock prices soar amidst the pandemic.

Small businesses have been pummeled by excessive and insane governmental lockdowns of the economy. Experts warn that one third of small businesses could ultimately shut down for good, and hundreds of thousands have already done just that.

Meanwhile, Amazon’s sales increased 40 percent in the second quarter alone, while their stock price increased 97 percent. Apple hit a $2 trillion market cap, the first publicly traded company to do so, and reported nearly $60 billion in revenue. Since the pandemic began, Facebook’s stock rocketed up 85 percent, Google’s by 50 percent, Netflix by 63 percent, and Microsoft by 57 percent. All saw their revenues greatly increase compared to last year’s numbers as well.

The typical headlines have followed: The Rich Are Getting Richer During the Pandemic, How Billionaires Saw Their Net Worth Increase by Half A Trillion Dollars, and How Rich People Are Getting Richer During the Coronavirus. “Eat the rich,” a rallying cry against perceived inequality, appears all over Twitter, clothing items, and graffitied walls. And for many, the billionaires at the helms of successful corporations provide ready-made villains for society to dump its economic woes, righteous anger, and feelings of powerlessness onto.

The fault for this catastrophe does not rest on the corporations, and the anger many feel should be redirected towards the entity actually responsible for this situation.

To be sure, there is cause for indignation. Small businesses are the lifeblood of America. They comprise the majority of U.S. companies and employ nearly 50 percent of all our citizens. Not only are they an essential part of our economy though, they represent the American Dream – the idea that no matter who you are you can come here, work hard, do the right thing, and build something for yourself and your family.

There is no value more prized than that dream in our society, and small businesses are the tangible iteration of that ideal. To see these businesses and their owners so casually trampled on by our politicians strikes at the very soul of our nation. Millions of Americans are out of work, many others have lost everything they’ve worked to build with little to no recourse. The dream has become a nightmare.

But the fault for this catastrophe does not rest on the corporations, and the anger many feel should be redirected towards the entity actually responsible for this situation: the government.

From the very beginning of the pandemic, government stacked the deck in favor of some companies to the detriment of others. First, they arbitrarily decided which businesses were essential and which could be forced to close. In order to keep people in their homes, which the science shows was never effective at preventing the contagion in the first place, the government had to allow tech businesses to operate at full capacity. Without Netflix, Amazon, and UberEats, few would have agreed to stay in their homes for weeks on end. To a large extent, these big businesses deserve the boom they’ve experienced because they did provide essential needs for people during a crisis. That’s a market response that should be praised.

But, there were many other businesses who could have provided similar services and were not allowed to because the government deemed them non-essential. Part of this is due to the fact the larger companies had the capacity to rev up their delivery abilities, but part of this is because they spend millions of dollars lobbying politicians to ensure they always receive carve outs from the worst government policies.

Not only did government persecute certain businesses to the benefit of others, it also provided incentives, handouts, and other pork in the CARES Act that continued to favor big business. Twenty-five percent of the initial $2 trillion (remember, those are your tax dollars) went to big business, with $58 billion going to the airlines alone and another $17 billion to the military-industrial complex giant, Boeing.

Only $350 billion was earmarked for small businesses, and of that, $243 million “accidentally” went to large companies instead – leading some companies to return the money over the ensuing outrage. All in all, only 5 percent of the first round of PPP loans reached small businesses.

If we want to address inequality and create a fair playing field, we must stand against these types of government handouts the next time temptation strikes.

F.A. Hayek once said, “Laws must be general, equal, and certain.” When government intervenes in the economy, it rarely ends up impacting all business owners equally. Most often they end up benefiting those who already have connections and means in the first place.

The free market isn’t perfect. Even without government interference in the economy, many businesses would have been hurt by the pandemic as consumers chose to stay home or purchase alternative services. But at least the system would not have been rigged against the little guy. All businesses should have had the chance to innovate, respond to the emergency, and try their best to stay afloat. It should have been up to consumers, not the government, which ones succeeded or failed.

Cronyism isn’t capitalism, it’s a perversion of the free market and only possible at the hands of government. If we want to address inequality and create a fair playing field, we must stand against these types of government handouts the next time temptation strikes.

Money Ain’t Wealth

Money Ain’t Wealth

Money Ain't Wealth
Money Ain’t Wealth

Wealth is not abundance.

Free Market Money is a unicorn that power mongers seek to control or kill for their own benefit.

OK –

Money isn’t wealth. It’s a tool.

Sometimes, money may have value of its own, like gold, silver, diamonds, jewelry,

Free market money is anything that 2 or more people agree to use as a medium of exchange using innovation to provide as many benefits from their choices as possible.

Force or fraud disqualify any money as Free Market Money.

Wealth is what you or I own or control.

Abundance is the appreciation of what we have. Wealth without abundance creates needs and not blessings.

Bryce McBride provides an excellent article to stimulate questions and thinking in the Mises Wire Article from the Mises Foundation.

Stop Confusing Money with Wealth

…The fact that this (Ed: printing money creates wealth) seems reasonable to many people stems from a common and understandable misconception: namely, that money is wealth. After all, aren’t people with a lot of money considered wealthy? However, while wealth and money are often found together, they are very different in their character and importance…

…”Money is a tool. It performs a useful service when it facilitates the exchange of different forms of wealth. However, it is not wealth. Under our current monetary system, though, the power of money has grown to the point where it is no longer a servant of wealth but instead its master and destroyer. Given this, the continued and accelerated creation of money, while sold as a means by which we might create a better society, is more likely to lead us in precisely the opposite direction.”

Bryce McBride

The Planned Poverty Schemes Versus

The Planned Poverty Schemes For You & Me
By the 20% of the 20% of the 20%
Versus The Freedom Plot

Once upon a time, people were talking about the 30 hour work week. They wondered, how far down our work weeks could go to provide for our needs plus a wealth of opportunities?

Image by Pietro Annicchiarico from Pixabay

Unfortunately there are people, the descendants of royalty, tyranny, and decadent rich, who have a hole in their soul. They limit the lives of others with money they inherited or have taken through corruption, political manipulations and controls.

They promote wars, monopoly, cartels, conglomerates, taxes, genocide, Malthusian math, governments, politics, and every instrument of misery on the planet. The .8% are indifferent to life, suffering, and injustice.

Note: When we say Uber-Rich, we mean owners of the Federal Reserve, Dictators, those who claim “I am Royalty,” Monopoly Owners or Controllers, the Politically Powerful, and other heads of other crime families.

We do not mean part-time Uber ride share drivers. We hope that no Uber driver will take offense because they share a name with mass murderers, manipulators, and other members of the criminal classes.

We respect Uber Drivers and all Free Market Service Providers… the Uber-Rich not so much.

The Uber-Rich will sacrifice or destroy a $1,000 or more of our money or property to collect pennies. They will kill us if they can profit from our deaths and, sometimes, just for fun.

Bill Gates, The Club of Rome “Limits to Growth,” Malthusian Math Madness

Bil Gates and others claim that the ideal population is 500 million. Since we may not want to die for his convenience he created a non-taxable organization to promote his ideas about death and vaccines.

You, me, and others create unapproved wealth for each other. We frequently make entire industries obsolete with innovations. Many innovations benefit everyone instead of just those who thrive in the Politics of POO> (Power Over Others).

I mention Bill Gates, not because of his vaccine antics and vaccine profits, but because he smirks his way through countless video presentations on genocide. Gates promotes ideas of how beneficial it would be to eliminate you, me, our families, friends, coworkers, and about 7,000,000,000 others to create his dream of the way our world should be.

Sometimes he refers to the Uber-Rich POO> Private Membership Club Publication titled “The Limits to Growth.”

The power crazed use Malthusian Math

Thomas Malthus predicted the end of the world in 1798 in his “An Essay on the Principle of Population” because his analysis said population was doubling every 20 years. He believed this doubling would inevitably lead to starvation and wars that would end life on the planet.

I just searched several articles on Malthus and none mentioned that his predictions of the end of the world were proven wrong twice before he died. It’s math. How could math be wrong? Surely we’re all dead.

Things That Are Not Equal

In our articles, we define Malthusian Math as a manipulative strategy to misapply math to dynamic processes of things that are not equal.

Two times two equals four.

Four divided by two equals two.

Two equals two.

In Math, things are equal, until we talk about apples, puppies, babies, you and me…

Two large apples are not the same as two small apples…

Two fresh apples are not the same as two spoiled apples…

Therefore if we divide four apples by two, the answer is never equal when we consider real apples – and not  imaginary apples in our minds. The variables in the differences in 4 real apples is almost infinite. You might get the worm.

Malthus applied his math formulas to say that mankind doubled in numbers every 20 years.

Dynamic changes and other differences are not considered in his formulas.

Malthus ignored or didn’t notice innovation in farming and other improvements of the Industrial Revolution that started before he was born.

Malthus didn’t know that as more adults lived longer, families reduced the number of children they had.

Mathematics is only effective when used intelligently and appropriately.

Malthusian Math is the science of using high intelligence to use math incorrectly – and manipulation correctly – to make lies seem reasonable to those being manipulated.

Apparently the Uber-Rich feel good by comparing themselves to others they can control. If others are denied enough, then the manipulators think they must be superior.

Evil promotes POO as the solution to all evils.

Rich does not mean evil.

Evil means evil. Evil seeks power over others. Evil may be combined with many circumstances, rich or poor.

Evil guarantees no rewards… It may be that evil creates deeper and deeper desperation unless its addicts can get more POO>

There are 2 possible ways to create more abundance and wealth in our lives.

1. Innovate, create, gift, and compete using Individual Freedom and Free Markets to discover our best choices. This benefits everyone. The best of these eliminate politically protected, obsolete monopolies, cartels, conglomerates, politics, and other criminal powers.

2. Create monopolies, cartels, conglomerates, POO, and tyranny to take from others. And limit or eliminate competition and innovation. This method benefits a few at the expense of the many.

There is a lot of misunderstanding about the two approaches, because some very good people take advantage of their understanding of the way controls and tyranny in our worlds work to create opportunities. Some play the game and make a lot of money.

People, who have a lot of money, do evil sometimes and good sometimes.

A few of these believe in the power of their dreams and schemes no matter what the results may be. They see themselves as gods. You’ve seen them and may know them.

Successful entrepreneurs, small business owners, artists, and innovators use what is in front of them in the best ways they can think of. Generally this means providing mutual benefit. This is applauded and approved by almost everyone around them. Their success also provides them more Individual Freedom than the rest of us.

Their actions are perfectly sensible and many of them create uncountable benefits for all.

There is one big problem – Our minds defend what we do and what rewards us even when there are better systems that allow Individual Freedom for all and not just a few. Success tends to defend the status quo even if the systems the successful have mastered limit the lives of others.

Wealth therapy tackles woes of the rich … – the Guardian

Oct 17, 2015 According to Oxfam, the richest 1% have seen their share of global wealth increase from 44% in 2009 to 48% in 2014 and are on track to own more than the other 99% by 2016.

It’s easy to get lost in who owns how much of what. The Uber-Rich and politically powerful control most of what they don’t own.

You may own some stock, or have an IRA, or other retirement program. But how much control do you have over any of those companies? Elections? Laws created? Can you afford to go to court if your sued?

Politics is the tool that claims “Might Makes Right” & “The Ends Justify the Means” to run our lives with criminal powers while taking our money, property, and freedom to pay for their empire.

Politicians take our money, create and defend monopolies, then tell us they are providing us with heroes and servants of the people.

Heroes and servants don’t take money at the point of a gun. Criminals do that.

They are not bad people. They are us. We were all raised in a world where petty tyranny is normal and glorified.

The easiest way in the world to correct this situation is to end political power to take money without our individual consent and to protect monopoly providers.

Those who honor the Individual Freedom to choose what works best will do their best to create programs that people willingly pay for without taking our money at the point of a gun.

See our page on Freedom Asking versus Copyright. This page will introduce you to some of the hidden costs of tyranny that politician magicians don’t want us to see.

This is a contest between how fast you and I can innovate and create wealth versus how fast the beneficiaries of the monopolies called government – and their tax collectors, regulators, police, and other toadies – can steal for the benefit of the few.

This brief video is on one topic. The speaker observes this same manipulation is used in many ways for the benefit of those with POO>

There is little question that we have the ability to create a world without permanent poverty, wars, and hate.

Individual Freedom is one thing we can do to benefit every worthy person, project, and dream in our worlds.

I find this information valuable. However information that takes us away from the essential confrontation:

“Which creates more wealth, abundance, morality, more and better… Individual Freedom or Tyranny?”

If we get away from that question, we go nowhere except around and around on our little rat wheels in our little rat cages, because we are spending our time debating something that requires time, research, and an open mind to prove it is possible.

It is potentially powerful information for entrepreneurs to use. If oil is the second most plentiful substance of our planet, it may demonstrate to a few, that our lives are made artificially hard by a small minority of insane uber-rich.

When we respect and protect the Individual Freedom of each other, no corrupted and/or stupid rulers can operate as if they have legal control over you, me, and our lives.

Tyranny can never be cured by adding additional controls over other people.

May You Live Long, Individually Free, and Blessed,

All Government Is Evil

All Government Is Evil

All Government Is Evil

“To be GOVERNED is to be watched, inspected, spied upon, directed, law-driven, numbered, regulated, enrolled, indoctrinated, preached at, controlled, checked, estimated, valued, censured, commanded, by creatures who have neither the right nor the wisdom nor the virtue to do so.

To be GOVERNED is to be at every operation, at every transaction noted, registered, counted, taxed, stamped, measured, numbered, assessed, licensed, authorized, admonished, prevented, forbidden, reformed, corrected, punished.

It is, under pretext of public utility, and in the name of the general interest, to be placed under contribution, drilled, fleeced, exploited, monopolized, extorted from, squeezed, hoaxed, robbed…

Then, at the slightest resistance, the first word of complaint, to be repressed, fined, vilified, harassed, hunted down, abused, clubbed, disarmed, bound, choked, imprisoned, judged, condemned, shot, deported, sacrificed, sold, betrayed; and to crown all, mocked, ridiculed, derided, outraged, dishonored.

That is government; that is its justice; that is its morality.”

General Idea of the Revolution in the Nineteenth Century, translated by John Beverly Robinson (London: Freedom Press, 1923), pp. 293-294.”

~ Pierre-Joseph Proudhon

The weak-minded cattle called the general population accept government as their god, observe all of its bogus laws, support its worldwide murders, use it to steal from their neighbors, worship its hired killers even while in so-called religious houses on Sunday, vote in fraudulent elections meant to give power to those who rule over them, and call these elected criminals representatives while ignoring their nefarious deeds; never taking responsibility for the evil they commit in the name of that same population. This is today’s America, and this is the result of a national religion that worships the State.

There is no such thing as “representative government,” and there never has been such a system. That is a myth, and that myth was planted into the psyche of the common man long ago. The fantasy of representative government has been accepted and embraced by the sheep since the beginning, and voting has been the shameful tool used to fool the people into believing they have a say. Those that still cling to these ridiculous notions are seemingly lost in a vacuum of ignorance, and no longer attempt to break the chains of the slavery that binds them. Who among you has broken those chains, denounced the state, and has rebelled against the misplaced authority and tyranny that is now so obvious? Sadly, this is reserved for only the few that seek, accept, and embrace truth in this hostile environment.

Those of us that attempt to tell the truth, and to expose the lies of the state, strive to help free the masses from the servitude they accept without question. These mostly unaccepted and unappreciated attempts to help those who continually refuse to help themselves are frustrating, but are necessary in order to change this false worship. What is to be gained by attempting to convince those who act as subjects of the state, who continue to obey the state’s mandates, who continue to support state terrorism and murder, and who continue to call for others to be imprisoned if they defy the state’s fraudulent laws? When reason and logic have disappeared, when authority is voluntarily accepted, what incentive remains for those who want only the truth when they are faced with a populace that not only hides from the truth, but also shuns it at every level? The incentive is education so that freedom for all can be gained.

It is very important to understand that any and all respect for the illegitimate, violent, immoral, and corrupt nature of government is based on devotion to a religion of authoritarian rule by kings; those kings who expect to be worshiped and obeyed by the rest of humanity. This religion that demands the acceptance of a ruling class has to be pounded into the psyche over a long period of time in order for the flock to bow down to what is believed to be a higher power. This false reverence has been indoctrinated into the masses for thousands of years. Today, instead of one Supreme Being, ruler, or king, the supreme power is now an oligarchy of the few making up government. Even though there are controllers in hiding pulling the strings, the people at large continue to worship at the altar of government. In this modern age, government has become God, and therefore the religion of the people is the State.

So long as immoral behavior is accepted, so long as harm to others is supported, so long as the power of government is worshipped, no true freedom can exist. Being able to go on vacation, or drive to the store, or being allowed to hold a sign in the town square is not freedom. Freedom can only exist in an environment where moral behavior is universal. This can be in an isolated society or on a larger scale, but the underlying premise of freedom is continuous non-aggression. No force can ever be legitimate except for actual self-defense, so true freedom cannot be present so long as government is in place. Government is force–government is violence; therefore government demands slavery. Living under any government system requires slavery of the individual, and therefore the slavery of all.

The only system of real freedom under natural law is anarchy. Anarchy simply means without rulers or masters, and therefore without government. Living together without aggression, without force, and in harmony is the only way to be truly free. This requires that individuals take full responsibility for themselves and the reality of life, and instead of bowing to a government master, they bow to no one.

What does all this mean, and what is the solution to the bondage of man? Acceptance of the truth is paramount, and without that acceptance, no progress can be forthcoming. Currently, the human species is going backward, and continues to deteriorate at an accelerating pace. It is not just government or rulers that have caused our slavery; it is all of us allowing it to happen. The government is made up of people, not gods. The only way that government can act as kings is if the people allow it. It is up to each individual to quit lying to himself, and understand that allowing a system where slavery exists is no different than being the slave master. Indifference is a human flaw, and the unbridled apathy that exists today is a direct assault on the soul of man.

Natural Law is based on right and wrong, and is set in stone. There is right and there is wrong, and the two can never overlap. One of the major problems we face as a people is that many believe that right and wrong are dependent on time and space, on circumstance, or are interchangeable due to human desires. This thinking is the death knell of peaceful anarchy and freedom, and without a collective acceptance of this truth, any society seeking freedom is doomed.

It may be useful to put this into perspective so that no confusion is evident. Government is a cult. All the people that participate in government are the cult priests, and all those who accept government, and live its by rules and vote in its elections, are the cult followers. In other words, government is the church, and the people that accept government are the congregation. This is the American religion. It should be abolished!

Murder in the Name of the State

Murder in the Name of the State

We’re always at war somewhere, no matter what we call it. The politically powerful start wars of aggression and call aggression defense.

Politicians lie.

All those who benefit from agreeing with the politicians lie.

Some politicians disagree with other politicians. They lie too. They may lie on the same topic or different ones.

Candidates seek their own turn at power over others. The Me Next Politicians do not seek to end our role as slaves, serfs, and soldiers. They seek to start their reign.

Let me share an article by Gary D. Barnett. Is he a truth teller against storms of lies about war?

Note – It is easier to read short paragraphs than long ones. People are more likely to read an entire article if it’s easier to read, I break up long paragraphs. I may include bolds, italics, make lists into bullets, create subheads, and more.

It is not my intent to alter the ideas in any way. I seek to help readers finish reading the article in less time with better recall.

I apologize if I fail in any way to those who prefer school teacher approved writing. I ain’t very good at that…

A problem I share with other authors on political insanity is a tendency to rant. Ranting can be fun and therapeutic but I suspect it is ultimately counter-productive. That is a job for Free Markets to sort out.

My next sin is to expound ideas that are about making government less evil.

There are NO such possibilities in the long run. The only solution is Individual Freedom which we explore elsewhere.

Governments are evil because:

The POO> (Power Over Others) Axiom”

Power Over Others Multiplies Corruption Times Stupidity Throughout the Whole Dang Thing from the Elite Down”

“stupid defined as not necessarily of low intelligence, but having an unwitting tendency towards self-destruction.” ~ Doug Casey

*“The POO> Axiom” (Power Over Others) is a summarized paraphrase of warnings from Lord Acton, Ric Maybury, Robert Cialdini, and Doug Casey… See our POO> Page

Most ideas – to protect us from political power over others – have already been disproved. They don’t work. Political insanity rages on.

Barnett rants about cowards promoting wars. He proposes sending them to battle first as an improvement. Perhaps… But would that be a cure?

Many tyrants fight in battle.

Some may not be willing to do the stupid things they want others to do.

Some are not cowards. They are tyrants. Does cowardice make a difference?

Some tyrants take pleasure in personally killing and destroying the property of others.

Cowardice does not alter the immorality of war. Who cares if a tyrant is a coward or an outstanding example of personal bravery?

Genghis Kahn anyone? He and his descendants killed 20 to 40 million men, women, children, and infants. No one knows the number for sure.

If Kahn was not a coward, does that make any difference?

Our problem is war not cowardice.

When we get distracted from central issues by name calling and ideas to patch up true evil, we waste our opportunity to be more effective.

My question is: which ideas below are too valuable to weaken with name calling and temporary patches? Do we allow evil to continue when we focus on the wrong issues?

To Protect and Serve Means Only to Maim, Murder, and Control: The Empire’s Lie That is National Security

“He who joyfully marches to music in rank and file has already earned my contempt. He has been given a large brain by mistake, since for him the spinal cord would fully suffice. This disgrace to civilization should be done away with at once.

Heroism at command, senseless brutality, deplorable love-of-country stance, how violently I hate all this, how despicable and ignoble war is; I would rather be torn to shreds than be a part of so base an action! It is my conviction that killing under the cloak of war is nothing but an act of murder.”

~ Albert Einstein–“Mein Weltbild (My World-view)”. Essay by Albert Einstein, 1931.

War is an act of murder at every level, and at every turn a criminal undertaking.

Aggressive war is simply killing without just cause, and every war begun as self-defense has turned quickly into aggression at the first moment possible, usually the first day. In the case of the United States, no war is or has ever been about real self-defense, meaning every war was aggressive and criminal murder.

The common people claim patriotism in order to hide from this truth, they claim national pride, which is nothing more than state worship, and they rally round the flag as if that could protect them from being complicit in the slaughter of innocents.

Those who support aggressive war are simply immoral fools.

When any government or political power structure is in place, there is only one option to avoid war, and that is that none submit to the lies of the state, and none participate in the killing of others on orders.

Those that would send the children of others to die in war should volunteer to die themselves, but they are the true cowards among us, and always hide in the shadows when the killing they caused begins.

They are only capable of handing out medals posthumously to the families of those they used as fodder for their own benefit and political agendas.

All in the Executive Branch, all in Congress, all in any fascist political partnerships that profit from war, and all those who claim false intelligence to stoke the fires of conflict, all these and more should be the first and only causalities of any war.

No man of worth has the right to ask others to die in his stead for the state.

All war is immoral, illegitimate, and senseless, but due to government existence at every level, it is the lifeblood of the state.

The power of the state lies in its ability to control all of society, for without that control, society would take care of itself, and would have no need for rulers or wars.

But through fear, division, and greed, the people can be convinced to go along, and accept the lie that they are doing so voluntarily because they believe the absolute nonsense of “We the people.” This is the biggest lie of all.

No nation-state is valid, as all states tend to seek a hierarchal structure of power, specifically in the name of protecting the common man collectively with profoundly restrictive laws.

No free individual has need for such false protection. The beginning of this American experiment to create a powerful state was said to be about freedom of the individual, while all along, the hierarchy of power became more and more evident.

What started out as a few separate colonies quickly became separate states with a new ruling class, and then one nation-state was formed and centralized, with  allegiance to the flag of the United States of America.

This progression was intended all along, and so the sought after tyrannical state came to fruition.

Today we live as slaves in a society with a ruling structure akin to a fascist oligarchy.

This is now a nation that is in constant war, and has become the largest and most murderous empire in the history of the world.

We are told every day that we are at great risk from dangerous threats from afar.

We are told that terrorists are out to get us all, and that we need to allow the government and its hired murderers in the military to prosecute war around the world.

We are told America is great, and that God is on our side.

We are told that we must pay taxes so that the war machine can grow and save us from these constant threats.

We are told to applaud and worship those that do the killing in our names.

We are told not to question the state’s motives, and not to expose the truths about these wars of aggression because that may cause dissent and harm our “national security.”

These are all lies. This is all propaganda. The facts are the opposite of what this propaganda presents, and it is much of the rest of the world that could make these claims because of U.S. aggression.

In other words, “the enemy is us.”

The U.S. is the terrorist state, the U.S. is the thief that steals our property, and the U.S. is the greatest threat to the world.

The U.S. is secure, but its targets in war are not, and have a real and legitimate national security risk.

All empires eventually fail, and cease to exist. This one is no different, except that it will be one of the shortest empires in history.

The U.S. is the world’s only current empire, and without a forced stop to this madness, it will end in financial ruin, in riots and civil unrest, in war, and with more and more bloodshed.

Yes, the American Empire will fall, but it won’t be due to outside threats.

It will be due to the abandonment of falsely espoused values, of internal strife and divisiveness, of mass corruption, of political upheaval, of monetary suicide, and of collective immorality.

Collectivism breeds empire and allows it to flourish, and because of the loss of individual thought, it becomes the internal disease that leads to the extermination of that empire.

This is the real America, not the land of the free and home of the brave, but a collective mob of ignorant sheep awaiting the slaughter due to their own weakness and stupidity.

Voting is dishonest and fraudulent

Voting is dishonest and fraudulent

Perhaps the people are grasping reality in spite of indoctrination we have been subjected to via our schools, media, government, and others who wish to maintain the status quo, i.e. the few controlling, and living at the expense of, the many.

This country was founded on the principle of individual rights to life, liberty, and properly which are inherent in the nature of man.

Yet today most laws, regulations, and taxes are clear violations of the rights of the individual in favor of the group, society, government, the collective.

Is not forced busing the result of forced schooling? (Indoctrination?)

Isn’t this a violation of individual rights?

If government derives Its powers from the governed, how can it be “legal” for government to do things that are “illegal” for the individual? Consider gambling. (State lotteries & casino licenses)

Will the stale soon start selling drugs to raise “needed revenue”?

Why not some states sell or control and tax alcohol!  (They do or may as well)

This is for the good of the people. Right?

Has it ever dawned on the editors that the attitudes ol the 70 million projected non – voters may he very consistent with the reality that the concept of voting and electing representatives is basically dishonest arid fraudulent?

If voting could change anything It would be made illegal!

There is no way any politician can legally represent anyone because he was elected on a secret ballot by a small percentage of voters. He then claims to represent the people who voted against him and even those who wisely chose not to participate in such criminal activity.

You say those 70 million stay – at – homes Will forfeit their right to complain about the way they are governed.

Being enlightened, they are perhaps saying they do not want any part of a system where coercion in the form of taxation which is the taking of property allegedly being protected and war which is nothing less than murder is the sole means of its existence.

If you vote and are in the majority you violate the rights of the minority, or vice versa.

The implication is “might makes right”.

If you vote you are implicitly agreeing to play the coercion game and must accept the results. If a person doesn’t vote or otherwise participate in the aggression of government they are on very sound, consistent moral grounds as they attempt to live in peace and liberty.

Which are you for, individual freedom, or the tyranny of a dictator, the majority, or so-called law?

I think it is time the media made it explicitly clear where they stand.

We cannot be part-slave and free at the same time. It is amazing how many humans will accept almost anything and even adjust to living in chains if told to do so.

By its very nature politics is corrupt.

Let us not be beguiled into going along with the establishment. Let us show them we are aware and demand our freedom by not voting or otherwise sanctioning aggression.

The coercive society can only exist with the sanction of us, its victims. If we want liberty and peace we must not attempt to shun responsibility by voting while politicians plunder us.
